1. What information do you need to provide a quotation?

To give you an accurate quote, please share:

2D drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF) or 3D models (STEP, IGS)

Material requirements (stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, plastics, ceramics, etc.)

Surface treatment and tolerance specifications

If you don’t have drawings, you can also send a physical sample to our factory.

2. Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Absolutely. We can sign an NDA before you share any drawings or technical documents. Your intellectual property is fully protected.

3. Do you provide samples before mass production?

Yes. Prototype samples or small-batch parts are available to validate quality and fit before full production.

4. How do you ensure quality control?

We follow strict in-house quality control procedures, including:

IQC (Incoming Quality Control)

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)

100% inspection before shipment

Inspection reports are available upon request.

5. What is your typical lead time?

Samples / prototypes: 15-20 days

Bulk orders: 30-40 days (depending on quantity and complexity)

For larger or more complex orders, exact delivery time will be confirmed upon order placement.

6. Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No. We welcome prototype orders, small-batch production, and large-volume orders. You can start with very small quantities..

7. What surface treatments do you offer?

We provide a full range of metal finishing services, including:

Polishing, anodizing, plating, powder coating

Passivation, heat treatment, sandblasting, and more

8. What shipping options are available?

You can choose:

Sea freight (economical for large volumes)

Air freight (faster for medium to small orders)
